BitSpeed Velocity Standard Support

BitSpeed is dedicated to providing each customer with the best support possible. Our professional support staff are trained and comitted to making you happy with your Velocity experience, no matter what support option you choose.

When you purchase Velocity, your license includes a full, one year standard support contract that entitles you to access support by phone or email anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

Standard support contracts include:

  • Phone and Email Support from BitSpeed, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.PST
  • Updates to Velocity including minor revision upgrades, patches and fixes
  • Major updates are included at the discretion of BitSpeed, LLC.

When you request support, please have the following available:

  • Your contact information
  • Your License key numbers (as displayed on the command line interface or in the log area of the Graphical User Interface)
  • A description of the problem

Upgrading to Premium Support

At any time, you may upgrade any standard Velocity support contract to Velocity Premium Support by contacting our sales department at +1 562.735.0660 or sales@bitspeed.com. Premium Support provides phone and email access to trained support staff 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Premium support contracts include:

  • Phone and Email Support from BitSpeed, 7 Days a week, 24 Hours a day.
  • Updates to Velocity including minor revision upgrades, patches and fixes
  • Major updates are included at the discretion of BitSpeed, LLC.

Extending Your Support Contract
